    Big hype, little substance

    While the rooftop pool and room sizes were excellent, the experience fell short. The food at the hotel was disappointing, and service inconsistencies left much to be desired. Despite the stylish decor, the upkeep of the hotel and amenities didn't reflect a five-star rating. Better options exist in Bali for the price.

    The stay here was incredible for a vacation. The room was absolutely fabulous and immaculate and included a nice bathroom. The staff were all wonderful and kind. Enjoyed their complementary drinks, served in the downstairs bar...

    As for me, the area was quite busy.

    A Nice Family Escape

    We had a lovely family stay with a spacious room and enjoyed friendly service. The rooftop pool provided a fine sunset view. The free shuttle to the beach was a bonus, but they should offer more frequent trips. Don't miss the buffet breakfast!

    Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. The staff members were pleasant and exceptional. The hotel room was spacious, had super fast internet, a mini-bar and a storage space. The pool was good and I had free soft drinks in the downstairs bar. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

    Recommended for families seeking comfort

    The breakfast buffet was fantastic, tons of options every day. The rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day.

    It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for the quality we got.

    I found it so easy to walk to the nearby Cocoon Beach Club in just a few minutes and enjoy the local cafes like Black Pit Coffee, only a few steps away. Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced my experience.

    Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Our room was spacious with air conditioning, a balcony, and a minibar. Spa facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and massage services were great. Breakfast had great options, including fresh fruit and pastries.
